About the Role
SAASY LINKS is looking for a driven Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting high-authority publishers, crafting compelling pitches, and securing editorial placements for our SaaS clients. You will play a critical role in helping brands build their online authority through quality backlinks.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify high-authority publishers and websites for editorial link placements
Pitch editors and webmasters with personalized, compelling outreach emails
Secure editorial placements including guest posts, link insertions, and niche edits
Manage and track outreach campaigns across multiple client accounts
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with publishers and editors
Report on outreach metrics including response rates, placements secured, and link quality
Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to align outreach with client goals
Who You Are
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO link building outreach or digital PR
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Understanding of link building best practices, domain authority, and editorial standards
Experience with outreach tools and CRM systems is a plus
